Great hotel for a short trip to Blackpool. Handy enough to get from a to b but without being right in the middle of things which suits my family well. Compared to previous experiences, I was a little nervous about returning to Blackpool as some accommodation leaves a lot to be desired. But your hotel was spotlessly clean, the breakfast was lovely (although some things a little cold), but that was due to the heaters going out. The staff didn't notice this and did take a little while to re-ignite after they were advised. But all in all, a pleasant stay and we would use you again.
Staff were very friendly.
Saturday night at 4.00am, a lot of people return to hotel after their night out. Very noisy talking and laughing in the corridors. Went on for some time, a good half hour or more. Then a drunken chap attempted to get into out room until he was shouted at by my wife.
Good breakfast and well-appointed room in an excellent location, with a warm welcome.
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and had plenty of choice. The rooms were very hot and the window had to left open even though it was december. We stayed with a 5 year old and an extra bed was addedto the room however there was still enough space and plenty of storage. All in all it was a very pleasant stay.
The heat in the rooms was the only problem.
The room was a good size and very clean with the usual facilities
We were disturbed by loud music from the function room until 12:30pm however, the sound was turned down following a call to Reception
We had sea view family room ,good breakfast plenty of choice, free car parking
Family room had a sofa bed for the kids to share which is only ok if your children get along!
Very quiet, clean and comfortable for a larger hotel.
Breakfast buffet a bit like a "cattle market". Bit too far out of Blackpool.
It is a proper hotel not a little b&b as you would expect in Blackpool. Great location, nice bar and offers room service for reasonable prices.
Matress was not comfortable but that'sall.
Good, clean, comfortable hotel with friendly staff.
Looking a little tired in places. The upholstery on the bar chairs needs to be replaced, the carpet on the main stairs and landing is dirty and stained. Doesn't give a good impression, although the rooms and most of the other main areas are clean.
Friendly staff, warm and comfortable. Self service breakfast was plentiful and provided a good choice of food.
Bit shabby in places, especially carpets in corridors/walkways.
Friendly staff who worked hard to keep guests happy at a very busy time. Hotel was clean. There was always plenty of fresh food being brought out from the kitchen for breakfast.
The rooms we liked and the breackffast was very nice staff were good apart from in the bar were had long waits due to wedding understaffed in hotel side bar
I ffelt let down very much as I booked in with 3 children at a hotel with entertainment and there was none apart from a bit of music due to the wedding which was caterd for you advertise good entertainment on weekends and I paid for this but was very poor iff ud advertise when weddings on ud get nothing id have booked somewhere else shame realy as everything else was good I had 3 children very bored on the evening and it was my daughters birthday
You was made to feel welcome as soon as you walked into the hotel. The food was realy tasty and the rooms were very spacious. Also the evening entertainment was fantastic.
Location close to trams bus good view
Room sweater dirty shower to small shower room floor needed filling in between floor tiles room could have been more clean around edges of the room and u-bend under toilet
I like the modern ste up and ambience. My room was very confortable and the staff were very friendly
Unfortunately for the puerpose of my visit which was an event in the Imperial hotel which was quite a long way away the location was not suitable. But this was entrirely my own fault for not checking
